This season’s apothecary offerings

Dear community: 

I am keeping this short and sweet today: I write to share an **extremely** small batch of homemade, ceremonially-crafted herbal medicines that I’ve just added to my online shop. 

There are just a handful of each formula, and when they are gone – I cannot guarantee that they will be back again within the year! Crafted seasonally, I create medicines as a reflection of the time of year in which they are made. 

What I love about herbal medicine is that it teaches us how to be in direct relationship with the living Earth around us and, in doing so, how to be in direct relationship with the living Earth of our bodies. The life cycle of plants, flowers, and trees each speak to the elemental workings of our own bodies. From the abundance of the world around us come beautiful formulas to tend our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health - the Earth, Water, Air, and Fire elements of the body.Creating medicines within the cycles of the year attunes our bodies to its own unique adaptation processes, resilience mechanisms, and the enchanting lessons that every point of the year has to offer through the deep experiencing of our somatic intelligence.

I craft these medicines with special attention to the medicinal actions and biochemical constituents, as well as paying attention to taste, sensation, color, and overall feel of each formula. I hope these small bottles can become talismans that you carry about with you, that you want to take and integrate into your life.
